In Colorado, fighting to keep smoking onstage →

“Actors can’t smoke - even tobacco-free cigarettes - during a play, no matter how crucial smoking is to the script, the state’s high court rules. Two theater groups will continue to battle the ban.”

Ok, I think this law is officially carrying things too far. And I sure hope these people who are so sensitive to cigarette smoke on a stage 25 feet or so away from them don’t do unsafe things like, say, go out on the street, where they might breathe in car exhaust or sulfur dioxide. Or even cigarette smoke from someone smoking outside.
