Can prison food be unconstitutionally bad?

I’m going to give you some advice, and you would do well to heed it: do not read the recipes in this article if you’re eating lunch. I mean it. I’ll never complain about my mother-in-law’s cooking again (at least not until next time I go over to her house, anyway).
