… I lost a follower, undoubtedly because I used the actual slur instead of “the N-word” in a headline I posted. I figured that would happen, and so be it.
For the record, as I really shouldn’t have to explain: I don’t usually use racial slurs. In this case, I posted the actual word because I thought it was important to spell out exactly the ugly rhetoric the Tea Party people are using. You don’t see them running around yelling “N-word!” at John Lewis, and I don’t see what’s gained by being delicate about the language these people are throwing around.
