Why is it so hard for so many people to understand that y’all don’t have the best health SYSTEM in the world, but some of the best private care in the world, but that this care is only reserved for a very happy, very rich few and that it’s NOT trickling down. New research and technologies will still be funded, nothing will change there, so America can still lead in that shit just fine.
